On the subject of Record Breaking attempts…….. David Blaine (dubbed as the modern day Houdini) has been denied entry into the Guinness Book of Records for his stunts! – including the one that is starting today! He is going to live in a box (7m/3m!) with no food, just water! In the Thames for 44 days! Hmmm! When he asked for the stunt to be recognised the Guinness Book of Records said that they couldn’t because they will not ‘endorse’ fasting! Hehe unlucky! As for his other stunts, they won’t except those either because they couldn’t match the record titles already held!

Went for a day out yesterday with the folks! We started at Castle Howard, which was really nice, and then via dads ‘scenic’ route (which included a bit of off-roading!!) on to Whitby!

Have bought my first university book! Making Sense of Sport! Mind I haven’t read it yet!!……xxx :)

Nothing really exciting has happened since my last blog! I’m just continuing to get ready for Uni!

Mum, Dad, Auntie Sally and Uncle Phil went to the Clarks Wedding evening party on Saturday night, and I was Taxi! It was funny really, on the way to pick them up I thought well if all else fails I could be a taxi driver! However, I soon changed my mind! I don’t think I need to explain why!!! Hehe

I did however manage to have a slight brainwave whilst driving back to York. They were all saying how nice it was to see some people that they hadn’t seen for a while, exchanging news etc! So I thought, why not have a Friends Reunited party! It wouldn’t take too much organising. The hard bit would be finding out where all the old friends live (if not still in Sutton) A venue could be the Village Hall, although I think we might have to keep the noise down!! Hehe ;) what do you think? Am I on to something here? Forget being a taxi driver! I could become a party organiser!!!…… xxx :)
