Hmm! another interesting match against Durham School! Last time it was Netball and one of them got sent off!! This time it was Tennis and they cheated! (but not very well because we won!!!!) They also had the tendency to hit the ball at you rather than to you or another part of the court! This meant that i got hit on my hand! which in a strange way was good because it made me and my partner more determind to beat them! Anyway! the best team obviously won!! hehe ;)
I have just been reading Tims Blogspot and am just trying to think of my earliest memory! I remember playing in my first tennis tournament when i think i was about 5 with Andrew! (definately got the short straw there And!) at sutton on the grass courts and i didn't get the idea that the ball could only bounce once!! Oh yeah and the time that Andrew coached me! I think i must of been 6/7 He used Fizzy Cola Bottles as an incentive, for every forehand i got over the net and in, Andrew would buy me 1 cola bottle! I think i am right in thinking that i got 19 forehands over and in! which should mean 19 coal bottles, however, I am STILL waiting!!! (thats 11years later!!) I remember vaguely going to Port Issac in Cornwall, and i dont know whether this is true or not, but i seem to remember us driving on to the Beach and a dog running up to us when we opened the car door, very vague and not quite sure if its true! i maybe mixed up! Well, i will think more on the subject and let you know any other early memories soon!............. xxxx :)

Pinch, Punch, 1st of the month! which means that it is local election day here in the mother land! and now that i have come of age, I was able to vote for the 1st time! so into the polling station i went! it was also a bit of a bonus that we got 2 votes! I wont tell you who i voted for because i might offend some people! but i think Granny would be pleased with my choise!! ;) It was like being able to buy your 1st lottery ticket when you are 16! but without the big prize at the end! Anyway! i am waffling now! Nothing much has happend today! Got quite alot of research to do for my art exam! so have got that to do tonight! So for now.......xxxx :)

Hello!! Well, i fancied a change with the old background to this blogspot so i hope you like it! its a little brighter that the last! (if it hasnt changed just ignore what i have just said!!
Well, not much has been happening really lots of work to do @ school! as usual! Although evryone at school today was able to have a good laugh at Ampleforth school! there was a documentry about it last night and was VERY interesting! but also quite strange to see people that you know or have played against in matchs! It was mainly about the Monks who teach there, and how they cope with teenagers! It came across as VERY public school and can asure anyone who thinks that i go to a school like that, you are very wrong, Ampleforth came across as being very Ra Ra Ra! It was quite amusing to watch!
I have just started to read Ellen MacArthurs 'Taking on the World' her autobiography and is so far (i have only read up to chapter 4!) a very inspirational read! although i don't think i will be sailing around the world to see you Tim and Vic just yet!! I get a bit sea sick in the bath! let alone a boat all on my own, in the middle of the ocean at night when waves are crashing against the boat, (do you get the picture???) .....xxxxxx :)

I'm Knackered!!!! hehe Played alot of tennis this weekend! 72 games to be precise!!! Had a match at school against Barnard castle @ Barnie castle!!! we won, which was good! coz i wasnt going all that way to loose! And also it was on Astroturf, which was really hard to play on coz it meant the ball didn't bounce at all! you couldnt even bounce it before you served coz you couldnt catch it again! anyway we survived, well almost! i did fall over (it looked quite impressive! so i'm told!) although i did miss the ball! hehe ah well! i really 'threw' myself into being captain! ;) Then today i played for heworth ladies against Pock which we won! :) so not a bad weekend! Went to the Jinnah indian last night for a Collier family get together! it was nice! So this afternoon i have just been chillin out and have done a bit of revision and now looking forward to a good old Sunday dinner! yum yum!
Geoff's comment about Joe on the message board made me look at Joe a little closer! I have come to the conclusion that no longer is he Zinade but another footballer! If you cover the picture and leave just the forehead and hair.... we have Denis Bergkamp! hehe Only kiddin! Its the Cutest picture in the world! and we love him to bits!!......xxxx :)
